Foster Plus is a new scheme in Neath Port Talbot, where we are looking for foster carers to support children and young people to step down from a residential care setting (a children’s home) into foster homes.
As a Foster Plus Step Down Carer you will be part of a team supporting a child/ young person which includes specialist support from our experienced therapeutic team. Foster carers will receive a weekly payment for the children they care for.
If you are committed and have time to invest in getting to know young people and what matters to them, we would love to hear from you.
