Foster Plus is a service run within Neath Port Talbot, where we are looking for foster carers to support children and young people to live in their community within foster homes.
As a Foster Plus Carer you will be part of a team supporting a child / young person, which includes specialist support from our experienced therapeutic team.
As a corporate parent, Neath Port Talbot Council (NPT) strives to ensure that children who are looked after by the Council are placed in the most appropriate setting to best support them to achieve their outcomes.
As a Foster Plus Carer, you will play a vital role in supporting children to live locally, in our community, close to family, friends and school.
