Hafan Teulu – meaning Family Haven – is a short break fostering service for children with disabilities who live at home with their families.

We are looking for kind, patient and reliable people who can offer children a safe and welcoming place to stay for short, planned breaks.

You do not need to give up work or change your whole life to foster with Hafan Teulu – many of our carers foster alongside paid employment.
